Wilson is a former collegiate athlete at Bethel University, the University of Tennessee at Martin, and Middle Tennessee State University. He has two years of experience as a high school offensive line coach. His training focuses on developing athletes to their fullest potential and assisting all clients in exceeding their personal fitness and health goals. Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
He has 8+ years of experience in the field of security. Security jobs have ranged from commercial and residential, executive protection, and event and venue services.
He has trained country artists; Florida Georgia Line, Granger Smith, Cole Swindell, Ryan Hurd, Canaan Smith, Kane Brown, Cadillac Three, Russell Dickerson, Dan + Shay, Theo Von, and Chris Lane. He has trained several NFL players such as Benjamin Cunningham, Michael Jasper, Rogers Gaines, and more. Wilson assisted in helping collegiate athletes in the area of strength and conditioning in preparation for NFL combine and Pro Days.
Casey L. Young MS RD CPT
Casey is a Registered Dietitian with over 15+ years of experience in the health & nutrition field. Casey holds a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Casey’s expertise and special interests include sports & fitness performance nutrition and as well as nutrition for weight management. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their fitness and quality of life by incorporating better nutritional strategies.
Hello, my name is Reilly Doyle, and I am a Nashville native.
My passion for health and fitness began at Tennessee Tech University, where I received a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Occupational Therapy. I started using the material I learned in school and applied it to my fitness regime.
Health and fitness have helped me improve both my physical and mental health.
I began personal training so I could help other people improve their minds and longevity while at the same time challenging them by implementing different types of training styles that I have learned during my three years as a personal trainer.
